The European Union is a supranational organization, which consists of 28 European countries. Recently, an Association Agreement was signed between the European Union and Ukraine, which will provide the gradual integration of Ukraine into the EU internal market, and provide closer cooperation in the field of domestic policy, and security.

The Council of Europe is an international organization whose main objective is the observance of human rights in Europe. The Council of Europe encourages university graduates to become actively involved in Internships.

The OSCE is an international organization responsible for the security and stability within the European continent. The scope of the Organization also focuses on: security; promoting economic development; developing new trade and transport routes; and energy.

The European Parliament is one of the seven institutions of the European Union. Since its creation its powers and institutional role have constantly grown. Today, the European Parliament plays a key role in the workings of the European Commission, by approving laws, and ratifying the EU budget.
